Monica Mwangunga, LLB (Hon), ADA, PGDip, AIBC, Novarise co-founder is an inspirational business woman with strong experience gained within entertainment, utility, retail, education, recruitment and recycling industries working in Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Management fields. Monica subsequently founded Novarise Business Consulting an outsourcing and consultancy business which today helps a growing number of start-up businesses.

Monica is very passionate about using her knowledge, skills and experience in giving back to the community, she works with a number of charity organisations to help people in achieving and developing their enterprenuer ideas regardless of their life obstacles.

Monica is also contantly campaigning and suporting other women enterprenuers whom are starting out in business on current business tips.
